Quality Label for Swiss Tourism

What is behind the Quality Label for Swiss Tourism?
The “Quality Label for Swiss Tourism” programme is supported by all major Swiss tourism associations. Its purpose is to encourage establishments like ours to enhance and safeguard the quality of service in Switzerland.

How do you benefit as a guest?
In the establishments that have reached the Quality Label for Swiss Tourism, as a guest, you have the assurance that the staff and management are continuously giving serious thought to quality. They are striving to take steps so that you as their guest feel good.

Q Level 1 Level I of the Quality Label certifies ongoing attention to a high quality of service.
Q Level 2 Level II of the Quality Label also refers to the quality of management. This level is awarded to companies and providers that have been assessed by external inspectors.
Q Level 3 The Level III award is given to those companies and providers who have compiled and successfully implemented a comprehensive and internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS).
