It was not too long ago that the red-light district was very much at home here at the Longstreet and this is why the two-story bar is still dressed in red velvet today. It’s just the guests that are new now. The Longstreet regularly hosts bands and DJs. The large number of naked light bulbs hanging from the ceiling gives this bar a unique atmosphere.

As the name suggests, the Longstreet Bar is located right on Zurich’s amusement mile, the Langstrasse. Today, the restaurant is a popular meeting place for the locals. The interior as it was in the past, when girls danced here on the bars, has been retained.
