Specialities such as Mostbröckli, Bündnerfleisch and Prättigauer sausages are made in-house in Schiers. The sales outlet in the Obergasse in Chur also has an over 80-year-old smoking chamber, something now rarely found in Switzerland.

Among other delicacies, Alpine City Salsiz is smoked here over a blend of juniper branches and beech and pine sawdust. The Salsiz has been an official Alpine City product since 2011 and is available at this Old City butchery.
