The virtuoso chef opened his first gourmet restaurant on Lake Geneva in 1980; today he serves guests the finest in molecular cuisine: a dinner of 26 courses, no less. His skills have won him two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points – as well as membership of the prestigious “Les grandes tables du monde”.
