Horse-drawn Schleipfen in Pany

Pany

“Schleipfen“ is a bit like a banana-boat ride in winter. Participants sit astride a styrofoam-padded tree trunk that is drawn into the village by harnessed horses. At times slowly, and at times faster – a wonderful experience!

To get to the starting point one takes the winter hiking path in the direction of St. Antönien. After about 40 minutes on the romantic path, the Boda Hut is reached. The “Schleipfe” at first leads along the winter hiking path, but soon its leaves the usual path and goes off on a lively ride to Pany.
