Culinary specialities

Swiss, home-style cuisine with Bratwurst sausages, Rösti (hash browns), raclette, Zürigeschnetzletes (diced veal in a creamy sauce), lamb's lettuce garnished with bacon and boiled egg. Regional specialities such as Graubünden barley soup, Engadine Capuns, Salsiz from deer or ibex. Catering at the bar with Alpina-burgers, hot dogs and barbecue.

Special features & Events

The hut was built over 100 years ago and has a cozy snow bar with great decor, at which delicious drinks are served. DJs on the weekends and during the holiday season add to festive mood. It’s here that March sees the Electronic Dance Festival and the Pool Slide Event as the season draws to a close - both truly cool events!
