Our local cheese maker, Lotti von Bergen, illustrates the secrets of the traditional method of making alpine cheese. She also offers you delicious alpine refreshments.

Each Tuesday 9.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. by the alpine hut at Mägisalp, look up for the signposts from cable car station.

Reservations required by Monday, 5.00 p.m. at the Tourist Information Offices.
