Exquisite home-made sausages, spiced Salsiz sausages and a delicate bratwurst sausages. At the Bischofberger speciality butcher, all the products are home-made. Watch the butcher as he makes the sausages. You can learn how the sausages are made, step by step. Visitors can then sample the home-made green smoked sausages with a glass of wine.

Price: adults CHF 30.00, young people up to age 16 CHF 15.00, children under 8 - free. Price includes tasting session
