In the end of September, always one day before the Spiez-market, the town of Spiez celebrates its 'Läset-Sunntig". The grape harvesting Sunday is the only vintner's festival in the Bernese Oberland! It starts in the morning with an ecumenical worship service and a concert by the local youth music. Then, a colorful parade leads through the village, followed by various entertainment programs in different squares in town.
