Both domesticated and wild animals live in Aletsch Zoo. Ibexes, marmots, peacocks, miniature goats, geese, ponies, mini-pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs and doves can be observed in the zoo. Children and animal lovers are given the opportunity to learn more about wildlife conservation, species-appropriate animal husbandry, and information about local wild and domestic animals.
