An intoxicating tempo and delicacies

It looks more difficult than it actually is: the only prerequisite for Skijöring is being able to ski. You will be drawn by a horse, whose rider determines the direction and the speed. You thus "fly" on your skis across the snow, and feel a bit like Ben Hur. To bring your adrenaline level down and as a small reward for your courage, you will be served (in a heated tipi) specialties of Pays d'Enhaut, such as the delectable Etivaz cheese.
