Cross-country runs in the Engelberg Valley:
Cross-country run with a variety of features and diverse routes in the Engelberg Valley. The short intensive ascent to Herrenrüti is rewarded with a fine view of the village. For classic cross-country as well as for sking on this 25-km run, there are wide and fast sections for skating as well as challenging stretches, where technique and physical fitness are required.

The approx. 10-km trail extends across the whole area from Gerschnialp-Untertrübsee. It is also suitable for skiers looking for a leisurely loipe. Short, intensive but also occasionally longer ascents and beautiful sections through the Gernschni Forest, covered with deep snow, are to be found on this interesting trail.

The beautifully constructed trail at Trübsee takes into consideration the uneven terrain - and does justice to it. The view of the unique glacier and mountain world can be thoroughly enjoyed on the 6-km trail. Thanks to the altitude, the trail is open up to the spring.
