Palinkopf - Samnaun village «Duty-free Run»

Starting at the Palinkopf, winter sports fans are treated to an imposing mountain backdrop. The first very broad flat area over the Zeblas meadows gives carvers the chance to execute some perfect radii in the snow. The route then continues on to a steep stretch at the Zeblas waterfall, which can be easily bypassed by the less experienced. The second broad flat area allows carvers to once again do their thing before the final stretch takes you in a crouch position into the heart of the village of Samnaun.

Skiing and duty-free shopping: These go hand in hand very naturally in Samnaun. Our tip: The connecting trail will take you directly, and without the need to take off your skis, to the valley station of the world's first double-decker cable railway.
