As the trail is not regularly groomed it becomes progressively more challenging for skiers and snowboarders because of the large bumps of snow that are formed. Its gradient reaches 30% in places, and for many years it has hosted the world’s elite for flying kilometre speed skiing. Artificial snowmaking ensures that the slope is open almost every day of the season.

The slope is accessed by taking the Berneuse cable car followed by the Chaux-de-Mont chairlift.

To settle down after all the excitement, the more adventurous are sure to stop by at the new «Freestyle-Yurt» located at the bottom of the track in order to enjoy a coffee «Gaetano» made according to a recipe kept secret for as long as anyone can remember.
