The guests are wrapped in warm blankets, savouring bread pieces dipped in melted cheese. Edelweiss and cow bells on the walls are glowing in soft light. They were created by hand and together with the white background they generate the inimitable flair of the fondue restaurant. The only fondue mixture served here is the blend invented by the local cheese-maker Manfred Schmid. The cheese is hot and popular and that’s why a reservation is necessary.
