Routes
Trains minimally run on an hourly basis, and some, such as the
St.Gallen-Appenzell connection even run every half hour. Technical
train buffs will love the St.Gallen-Gais and the Gais-Altstätten Stadt
routes since they are connected by cogwheel train with an impressive
gradient.
