The starting point is 1,738 metres above sea level. Right at the start, the Kanonenrohr (cannon’s muzzle) is followed by the first steep slope some 150 metres in length. The next section of the course is a little flatter. At Piere's Lägi the track sharply changes direction before you come to the extremely steep and challenging final slope. Besides the difficult World Cup slope you also have a choice of red and blue runs to choose from in order to cover the 440 vertical metres between the mountain and valley stations.
Of course, one shouldn’t miss out on refreshments at a traditional eatery – you’ll feel right at home at the Chuenisbärgli ski lodge.
