"The Circle" at Zürich Airport Flughafen Zürich AG is planning the largest construction project in Switzerland, on 200‘000 sqm. Hyatt Hotels Corporation will manage the two hotels Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place. Together, the two hotels will offer 550 rooms on a space of 45’000 sqm, and convention facilities for 1500 people and additional rooms for meetings and exposition spaces. Start of construction in 2013, opening in 2017
Basel Exhibition Centre 2012 At the heart of the project, which has been designed by the famous architects Herzog & de Meuron of Basel, is the extension of Hall 1 into the Exhibition Square, the renovation of the Hall 3, situated near the multi-storey car park, and the construction of a two-storey superstructure which will cover the Exhibition Square and connect both the halls.
