The Tröckneturm is a prominent structure from the height of the St.Gallen textile industry. The Tröckneturm Foundation has carefully renovated the old drying tower and created a document archive on the economic history of the city of St.Gallen, including the history of the most important branches of the St.Gallen textile industry. The location includes an attractive hall ideally suited for receptions and banquets as well as a cosy open hearth.
