Sbrinz AOP is a spicy hard grating cheese that has been made in Central Switzerland for hundreds of years. 32 selected cheese dairies in the valleys and up on the summer pastures produce the cheese every day from the finest-quality raw milk, rennet and salt. Sbrinz AOP is a completely natural product, without any additives. The aging also takes place in the region of origin.

Quesos suizos – The king of Swiss cheese. This celebrated cheese takes its name from the valley (“Tal”) of the river Emme in the canton of Bern, where production of the cheese can be traced back to the 13th century.

This celebrated cheese takes its name from the valley (“Tal”) of the river Emme in the canton of Bern, where production of the cheese can be traced back to the 13th century. Emmentaler AOP is made from fresh untreated milk from cows fed on grass and hay but not silage. It takes about 12 litres of milk to make one kilo of cheese. The use of any additives is prohibited, as is the use of genetically modified ingredients.

Vacherin Mont-d'Or AOP

Quesos suizos – De zacht smeltende, onmiskenbare halfharde kaas uit de Waadtlandse Jura. In Vallée de Joux wordt de kaas al meer dan 100 jaar liefdevol met de hand gemaakt, vooral in de winter. Gemaakt van gethermiseerde melk, rijpt de kaas minstens 21 dagen lang. Elke kaas wordt omgeven door een band van dennenschors en verpakt in een in de regio gemaakt spanen doosje.

De zacht smeltende halfharde kaas uit de Jura.

Vacherin Mont-d'Or AOP: zo heet de onmiskenbare kaas- specialiteit van halfharde kaas uit de Waadtlandse Jura. In Vallée de Joux wordt de kaas al meer dan 100 jaar liefdevol met de hand gemaakt. Tijdens het rijpen in de traditionele affinagekelder krijgt hij zijn delicate, milde smaak. De typische, exquise zweem van tannine heeft hij te danken aan zijn gordel van inheems dennenhout. Vacherin Mont-d’Or AOP werd oorspronkelijk van oktober tot het voorjaar geproduceerd, omdat men dan te weinig melk voor het vervaardigen van de grote Gruyèrekazen had.
