At the far end of the Safien Valley, 1700m above sea level, the Waldburger family runs Gasslihof farm, which has been completely organic since 2006. Organic beef (from dam-raised young cattle), speciality meat dishes and also a Bed & Breakfast - a successful concept. The animals are kept as much as possible in harmony with nature, and you can taste it. The products can be purchased directly from the farm or ordered online.
