Introduction
The simple hut with 50 beds (duvets) is located at 1,620 meters on the western side of the Vanil Noir, high above Gruyeres.
The hike takes about 3 hours from Grandvillard, and private cars may use a part of the road. The hut is manned in summer. There are beverages and soup. You have to bring your own food. In the midst of the future Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut Nature Park. Crossings to the Jaun Valley or in the direction of Rougemont.
