Bad Schinznach Thermal Baths

Visitors can expect fun, relaxation and wellness in equal measures where Switzerland’s strongest and most well-balanced sulfur spring originates.

Altes Spital (Old Hospital)

A culture and congress center in the suburbs, rich in history.

As a hospital, an orphanage or a hostel for craftsmen, Solothurn's Old Hospital has been a venue for people to meet and receive hospitality since it was first mentioned in the 14th century.

Sense and Schwarzwasser

There can barely be any other canton boundary that is so clearly hewn into the landscape as the Sense Gorge. In summer, the gravel banks of the area where the Schwarzwasser flows into the Sense are popular with swimmers and picnickers, and you may also see some canoeists. Swim in the "Glunggen", sunbathe, collect pretty stones – the Schwarzwasser is a great place for both enjoying nature and recharging your batteries.
