The Entlebuch Region is a juwel of nature, and a unique nature preserve labeled Swiss biosphere. A beautiful Moor Trail starting at Mettelimoos, East of Finsterwald leads through the area and lets you discover many different types of marshlands, ranging from high moors over transitory moors to flat moor grounds. Once an important place for peat production, it is now a hikers' paradise. Count 3 h and 45 min. for this trail.
