Gadmen

The 600 meters of sheer cliffs that rise vertically are equipped with 1300 m of steel cables, 78 m of ladders, and 550 steel dowels that help visitors climb up the Gadmerflue relatively effortlessly. This is Switzerland"s first secured climbing area, a classic so to speak.
Climbers ascend, secured with a climber's harness, cables and snap hooks and in the company of an experienced mountain guide. The experience is exhilarating: with every meter one advances one is a bit further away from gravity.
Climbers must be free of vertigo and be in good physical condition. The area can only accessed by climbers wearing a helmet, a climber's harness, ropes, and snap hooks. Equipment can be rented at the Tälli-Hütte.
Recommendation: sleep at the Tälli-Hütte.

How to get there:
Ride the Tälli funicular to the base of the imposing Gadmen cliffs. From there you can head to the Tälli climbing route.
