In the service of her Majesty, actor Pierce Brosnan as 007, suspended by a bungee cord, jumped into the void. Some 13 million movie goers breathlessly watched his daring jump. Not fool-hardy, but well-secured, you too can experience the thrill of the "Goldeneye-007-Bungy-Jump". Hurtle down at 160 km/h. In 7.5 seconds it's all over anyway.
Reservations are mandatory. Before the jump, the organizing tour operator, Trekking Team, will conduct an intensive training session.
How to get there:
Drive or take public transportation to Locarno or Bellinzona, then proceed to the Gordola/Verzasca Dam.
