The second part of the Swiss Path is graced by wonderful views onto Lake Uri, as well as the Alps of Central Switzerland. The trail alternates between being located right on the lakeshore and sometimes high up in the cliffs. Just like in part 1, there are many historic places that make this entire trail a favorite for history buffs.
The first segment, connecting Flüelen to Brunnen, is once up high, once down below all the way to Tell's Chapel, passing through charming landscapes. The chapel's glockenspiel was recently renovated and is considered one of Switzerland's largest. From the chapel, continue along the romantic lakeshore all the way to Sisikon. After Sisikon, ascend towards the plateau of Morschach. From here the panorama is truly something to behold. Then take the cool and forest trail from Morschach to Brunnen, which is the end destination of this hike.
