The St. Jodern educational house is located right in the centre of the German-speaking part of the Wallis canton. Quietly situated in the middle of nature, the house provides a large garden. The infrastructure is modern, functional and fully accessible by wheelchair. There are several conference and living rooms available for 20 to 140 people. All 36 bedrooms have shower/toilet and most have a balcony.
There are places that are simply magical. The Arenenberg moun- tain with its unique view of Lake Unter all the way to the volcanic landscape of Hegau is undoubtedly one of them. As far back as Napoleon's time, guests have been fed and treated royally here. Today, they sleep in completely renovated rooms in a historic am- bience, and new, bright conference rooms offer space for groups of 10 to 350 people. Event organisers can take advantage of the various local cultural highlights to create an attractive accompa- nying programme. Modern technology and diverse gastronomy round off the offering. Give your next event a royal touch in this majestic setting above Lake Unter.
Nature and culture blend together perfectly in Bern's Botanical Garden. The result is a unique platform which you are welcome to use for your next personal function too. If you are interested in botany, then you can ask a botanist to take you on a guided tour through the gardens and there immerse yourself in the fascinating play of colors, forms and scents. Alternatively, you can join your friends for a drink at the delightful Palm Café.
