La tomme vodese è un formaggio morbido che si gusta fresco, quando l'aroma è pieno e dolce. Ma non mancano i fan della tomme stagionata dalle note rustiche. Grazie alla sua consistenza cremosa e alla morbida crosta è ideale come formaggio da dessert, completa degnamente ogni tagliere di formaggi e si gusta anche come pasto completo, per esempio con verdure o insalata.
