Circa 7,5 ettari di vigneti danno vita a vini dal carattere ben temprato. Accanto alle due varietà principali, il Pinot Nero e il Riesling Silvaner, il vigneto produce anche specialità come il Chardonnay, il Sauvignon Bianco, il Räuschling e il Cabernet. Alcune creazioni fermentano in barrique, offrendo vini rossi possenti, con un’eccellente personalità.
