The name was not chosen by chance. The Hotel Castle perches like a fortress on a promontory high above Blitzingen. Already 1350 m high, it boasts the magnificent mountains of the Valais as a backdrop. The hotel has 8 junior suites (1 ½ rooms), 22 Castle Suites (2 ½ rooms) and 10 King Suites (3 ½ rooms). A comfortable establishment which first opened in 1994, it is an ideal abode for both active sports lovers and those seeking rest and relaxation. And the food here is excellent, as several gastronomic guides confirm.
