This museum documents the history of the transfer of information and the transport of people, money and goods, with the focus less on technology and more on man and his cultural environment. The philately collection, with approximately half a million postage stamps, is unique in the world. Also on show are old letters and postage stamps from all over the world, like the legendary 1840 Penny Black and the printing process used to produce postage stamps. www.mfk.ch
