Beschrijving
From Sufers a well-maintained little road, the Gütersträsschen, leads through the forest, and then via Maiensäss settlements (groups of huts and barns in the Swiss Alps) high up to the idyllic mountain lake "Lai da Vons" (1991 meters above sea level). The sweeping panoramic view extends across the Sufers reservoir lake up to the Rheinwald. You will hike in a northerly direction alongside glacial rocks from Caschlera through mountain meadows to the Maiensäss settlement of Promischur (1842m). The descent to the Schons Valley (Val Schons) takes you via Magun and Donat to Zillis.
