In summer, the resort offers countless itineraries for outings on foot, horseback or mountain bike in the heart of the world-renowned, Franco-Swiss recreational area, the Portes du Soleil. Strolling along trails and through alpine pastures nearly 2'000 m high, the visitor has every opportunity to admire the splendid views of the valley below, not to mention the surrounding landscape rich in alpine flora. The attentive sightseer might even catch a glimpse of some deer or mountain goats nimbly scaling the rocky hillsides. The resort itself offers a pool and open-air tennis courts, an equestrian centre, a paragliding school and charming restaurants specializing in local cuisine.
