Here is the most recent example of this trend: In May 2011 the Amway Group in India rewarded its top 3,500 salespeople with an incentive trip to the Alpine paradise. This was spread over three journeys - from 13 to 18, 21 to 25 and 25 to 30 May - each with between 1,000 to 1,300 participants. During these magnificent incentive weeks, which included a welcome evening, a conference and a gala dinner in Zurich and its surroundings, the Amway employees visited either the Titlis or the Jungfraujoch. Amway CEO William S. Pinckney is positive that with the "breathtaking Swiss Alps, best tasting chocolate and world’s finest watches - our employees will remember this holiday as one of the best they have ever had".
