The Seminar Centre has recently been opened in a historical building that in mediaeval times was a Carthusian monastery and today is is part of the rich historical heritage of the area. The monastery is set on an 8-hectare agricultural property, on which the first vines were planted by the monks for the wine to be used during mass. The building is made up of several rooms, including a pressroom which today is ideal for serving aperitifs, and a prayer room.
