The new Switzerland Meetings Report 2014 is a survey covering all business meetings with ten or more participants in 2013. For the first time it tracks recent developments (comparing the past three years), revealing how important the meetings sector is for Switzerland. Consequently, Switzerland Tourism’s intensified segment-based marketing activities abroad, together with current substantial investments in congress and hotel facilities, are of crucial importance to guarantee Switzerland’s position as a top destination in the meetings sector.
