This splendid hotel has many nostalgic gems: the ballroom, in the Viennese Art Nouveau style, is a listed historic building. The hotel has been a byword for hospitality "par excellence" since 1868. Chef Fabrice Taulier received the bronze medal at the Concours Bocuse d'Or in 2008 and is a pupil of Joêl Robuchon.
