Aletschhorn لمحة سريعة عن

Don’t forget to wrap up warm this mountain is considered to be the coldest in the Alps. In the heart of the UNESCO-listed Jungfrau-Aletsch area, the Aletschhorn towers high over the glacier of the same name, which also happens to be the largest glacier in the Alps. The glaciated mountain peak is 4,193 metres above sea level, making it the Bernese Alps’ second-highest peak after the Finsteraarhorn. There are several routes that can be taken up to the top – but the best option would be to go across the northeast ridge or the southwest side. Both are very challenging, however.
