The hiking trail up in the heights that leads through the heart of Schaffhausen's Blauburgunderland. The route goes along a mountain ridge that extends to the southeast. The focus of this route is the Mediterranean-like views of the vineyards of Blauburgunderland.

تُعدّ شلالات نهر الراين هي نقطة الأساس لهذه النزهة الدائرية سيراً على الأقدام، التي تبدأ من قلعة لاوفن، المنتصبة بشموخ فوق شلالات نهر الراين – التي لم تتأثر بالقوة الهائلة للمياه الهادرة تحتها. ثم نهبط مباشرة إلى حافة الماء ونعبر جسراً إلى الجانب الآخر ونعاود التسلق مرة أخرى على الجهة المقابلة للقلعة.
