Sietze de Vries ist ein Meister der Orgelimprovisation und von diesen hören wir gleich zwei: eine Improvisation im Barocken Stil und eine im Romatischen Stil. Ausserdem stehen Bearbeitungen von Maurice Ravel auf dem Programm. Seine Musik ist klangfarbig und manchmal fast schwebend. Von melancholischer Schönheit auch Faurés «Sicilienne», das in einer Bearbeitung für Orgel erklingen wird.
