Viel über Heilpflanzen lernen: Welche darf ins Risotto oder kann als Heilmittel eingesetzt werden? Morgens findet die Wanderung statt. Das Mittagessen wird mit den gesammelten Pflanzen gekocht.

Heilmittel wie Tee, Sirup, Tinkturen und Salbe selber machen und Wildpflanzen im Essen integrieren.
