Für immer weg
Overview
Intro
An abandoned apartment full of memories: moving theater for young and old from the age of 8.
Forever Gone is a journey of discovery into the labyrinth of loss. The audience follows an orchestra through the rooms of an abandoned apartment. Installations, drama and puppetry awaken memories of things lost. A joint journey of discovery to let go and start anew.
A lost heart, a wild dancer, Walter raging and a dog looking for a friend. New memories keep surfacing in the abandoned apartment. Nobody stays outside because everyone has a clue. Fortunately, we are not alone. At the end, the orchestra plays a sad and beautiful song of consolation. Gone Forever is not just theater to watch. It involves the audience and searches for forms of expression for dealing with what is absent - together with everyone who is present.
Nora Vonder Mühll and Stefan Colombo have been working together continuously at Theater Sgaramusch in Schaffhausen for over 25 years. In 2018, Theater Sgaramusch was awarded the Swiss Grand Prix Theater/Hans-Reinhart-Ring.
