Chilling in the Arvenstube

The goal of our chef and his team is to bring the local cuisine of the Upper Engadine closer to the guests at the Restaurant Engiadina through his original, slightly Mediterranean-inspired reinterpretations of classic dishes.

The Colani restaurant, with its team, is run by chef Paolo Casanova and his wife Stella Guarneri. They open the doors to their guests and welcome them in an intimate and cozy atmosphere.
