Rhine Falls Tour from Zurich by Train
Overview
Travel from Zurich comfortably by train (direct connection, duration 1 hour) to see the spectacular Rhine Falls. Take the train at Zurich station on a custom-planned route with several timetables available, north of the canton of Zurich and the border with Schaffhausen. Climb to Laufen Castle for a panoramic view or approach the platform until you almost touch the water (additional cost) and in the summer months, take a boat ride to approach the falls (additional cost) or cross the shore. Follow the directions provided by the written guide to take your train back to Zurich and then to your accommodation, also included in the price.
