After an active day on the slopes or in the snow, relax your muscles in the soothing thermal water or steam-filled sauna: what more could you want? This is something that is almost taken for granted at the Leukerbad, the biggest thermal spa and wellness holiday resort in the Alps. The sauna complex in the Valais Alpine resort is particularly recommended.
The snow and swim pass is the best way to get value from everything that the Leukerbad has to offer. Pass holders have free access to the cable cars and mountain railways and the public thermal baths in Leukerbad. For a modest extra charge, you can also relax in the 300-square-metre Valais sauna complex. Demonstrating a great deal of love for detail and authentic materials such as slate and old timber, an extraordinary sauna area has been created that leaves nothing to be desired as a homage to the Valais. Covering more than 300 square metres, the Valais sauna complex is built in the style of a traditional Valais mountain village and welcomes you to enjoy more than just a sauna. There is always something new to discover on a “stroll through the village”, during which you can immerse yourself in the traditions of the Valais region.
