While riding through the countryside of the Broye, you enjoy the ride in the horse-drawn carriage. And at the same time feast on a fine fondue.
While stirring in the caquelon and enjoying a fondue moitié-moité, the landscape passes by to the sound of horses' hooves. A unique experience, at any time of the year.
All the products used come from local producers. Each carriage is pulled by two horses. An accompanying person presents to the participants interesting facts about the region and culture as well as their peculiarities.
