The city of St.Gallen is like a giant museum. The urban landscape is shaped by various artworks in public spaces, while numerous art and cultural institutions ensure creative diversity. Discover this diversity at your own pace on a self-guided tour of the city.
Santiago Calatrava, Roman Signer, Pipilotti Rist and many more: a whole host of artists and architects have left their mark on St.Gallen. As well as various public spaces, the walk also takes you past St.Gallen art galleries such as the Museum im Lagerhaus, the Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen or the Kunstmuseum St.Gallen, where you can pause to visit the current exhibitions.
The tour starts and finishes at the St.Gallen-Bodensee Tourism information office in the Abbey District.
