Enjoy the stunning mountain scenery of the Flims / Laax region together with like-minded running enthusiasts and the experts Petra Casty and Ueli Koch.
With plenty of tips and tricks from running experts Ueli Koch and Petra Casty, you will discover all the facets that make up the full enjoyment of running. The sports program offers everything a runner’s heart desires. Learn and expand your knowledge in engaging workshops, enjoy the comforts of Hotel Cresta, and explore the beautiful Grisons mountain landscape at a running pace with like-minded participants. The trip can be booked for an extended weekend (4 days) or a full week. Whether you are just starting out with running or already have ambitious goals, the Running Camp Flims is suitable for all fitness levels.

Discovery run to “il Spir”
Endurance run Fidaz – Scheia – Spalegna
Technique sessions on “Running with poles”
Interval training / Crestasee – Caumasee with a refreshing swim
UNESCO World Heritage Sardona – exploration run with a view through the rock formations
Active recovery / Bargis – Flims run with video analysis
Little Grand Canyon – run through the Rhine Gorge

4-lakes finale run with a cool-down swim in the lake
