In the new special exhibition at the St.Gallen Nature Museum, you can immerse yourself in the world of these many-legged animals. Where can they be found, what roles do they play in the ecosystem and how have they evolved over millions of years? The exhibition also focuses on their not always easy relationship with humans: from silkworms, tick bites and invasive crayfish to insect burgers, arthropod extinction and solutions to prevent it.

The multimedia art installation BINSEKT by Swiss-Austrian artist couple Christina Zurfluh and Bernhard Feuer also explores the complex relationship between insects and humans.
